Lean Cuisine - Three Chesse Stuffed Rigatoni

Although I'm a microwave gourmet, I am very picky when it comes to what I eat. I've tried more frozen entrees than I'd like to admit to, and most of them haven't passed my taste test because they're not fresh tasting, are too "healthy" tasting, are ridiculously greasy, smell bad...or any other number of things. The other day I gushed about Lean Cuisine's Angel Hair Pomodoro, my current favorite Lean Cuisine. Pictured above is my second favorite - Lean Cuisine's Three Cheese Stuffed Rigatoni. It has tiny little stuffed rigatoni and various vegetables - carrots, zucchini, red peppers - in a tomato sauce. It has only 240 calories and 6 grams of fat and even after being over-microwaved, still tastes fresh. (Although what I microwave never seems to look like what's on the package...and that's not just because mu iPhone doesn't take great pictures.) Unfortunately for me, and anyone else who likes this particular entree, it's only sold at Target, a place I don't normally make a point to grocery shop at. But whenever I'm dropping buy for some new clothes or some housewares, I try to pick up one or two of these little babies.
